Products

All our products have been rigorously selected by us to offer you the best quality/price offer.

OXYSTEM cannot be taken as responsible of direct or indirect consequences related to the use of sales products and this for all property damage, consequential or injuries.
Pictures, prices and technical characteristics are indicative and may change at any time without notice.

Retention of title and legal

OXYSTEM retains ownership of the goods until full payment. The merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer since the departure of our warehouses.

These conditions are deemed to be known by the buyer. In case of dispute, the court of Hong Kong is the only competent.

Warranty period

OXYSTEM applied his supplier guarantees on its entire range of products.

The warranties do not cover consumables, abnormal use, faults associated to accessories, defects and consequences related to any external cause.

Satisfied or refund

The return of the goods is accepted within a maximum period of 7 days after reception (postmarks as proof).
Products must be returned at your expense in their original packaging with all accessories, along with the invoice and the reason of return or exchange.

OXYSTEM stands to refund the full amount (excluding shipping cost) within 30 days.

Delivery and packaging

The shipping of the goods is done according to the customer's choice when ordering:

> international  postal service without tracking

   included in prices mentionned in our e-shop, delivery within 10 to 12 days

> EMS with tracking

   supplement according to the weight range of the order, delivery within 4 to 6 days

We have the ability to split some deliveries after any stock-outs. Delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.  

The materials travel at the risk of the buyer. If any problems occur at the reception of the package, be sure to ask a reservation to the carrier through the delivery person. You must then confirm the reservations to the carrier by registered mail within 48 hours.

Packaging is FREE.

The customer agrees to pay all taxes due on importation of goods, customs duty, value added tax and other taxes due under the reception country's laws of  the order.

For overseas French territories and all other countries than France, send us your orders by e-mail. We will send you back a quote including shipping costs to your country. Your order will be confirmed only after your acceptation and the payment reception (by bank transfer or via PAYPAL).

After sales service

You must send us back the merchandise with prepaid shipping costs.
For products under warranty you will not be charge (excluding shipping costs).
For products no longer under warranty, a quote will be sent to you by mail and will not be approved before your acceptation.

Prices and payment

Prices are exclusive of taxes and include shipping costs (by international postal service).

For a shipment to France mainland (including Corsica) you can pay by :

> international bank transfer.

> online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Carte bleue, Eurocard) via PAYPAL to ensure a secure payment.

Legal conditions

The customer has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him.

The customer acknowledges having read the genral sales conditions and accept them without reservation.
